You mean legally?
If it's an old abandoned place it's almost certainly trespassing. If your model is nude you're likely liable for public indecency or similar charges.
That said, people do it all the time. |

it's only legal as long as don't forget to post them on this site afterwards.

It's not a crime until the conviction. Till then it's a baseless accusation!

Note that this is in no way what I said.
You asked "is there anything written against it"
The answer is yes. |

i dunno how strict the security is where you live but i once got caught on an abandoned site i was trespassing (had to climb over a fence to get in).
as soon as i saw that the guy had spotted me i walked straight up to him. he said something like "you know this is private property?!" and i responded i was aware of that but couldn't resist because i found this place so interesting to photograph and stuff, i asked a couple of questions about the history of the buildings and how sad it was that they're decaying, so we ended up chatting while he kindly walked me to the gate.
so the worst you can do is either trying escape if you're caught trespassing or trying to pretend you weren't aware you were trespassing.
it might be a different story if you're caught shooting a naked girl though...:D

Even an abandon place is on the county tax rolls. If you really want to shoot there and not worry about it you can try and track down the owner and get permission. |
