How many are using wide screen computer monitors for use with Photoshop? If so, does it distort your images? |

I have a wide screen - no distortion. |

Widescreen monitors merely give you more desktop space, so as long as you have the correct resolution for your monitor set with the correct aspect ratios, there is no distortion at all. I find I can have two images side by side for comparison during editing on my widescreen, which I can't do with the old 4:3 monitors |

You need to make sure an LCD monitor is run at it's native (maximum) resolution. If you try to run it at anything different, you will get distortion and resizing of some elements that will then look blurry. |

Oh - er - I had a 5+ year old pc that needed a screen card to get widescreen fireworks going. Now I have a new pc which was instantly compatible. |
