| Can anyone recommend a good high quality printer for printing photos and art prints for sheets up to 11" X 14"? I was looking at the Canon Pixma printers (610 and up), but they only hold up to 8" X 10" sheets. |

Epson R1900 for up to 13 x 19 or 13 x 44 if using roll paper.

| The Pixma Pro9000 and 9500 both do up to 13x19 prints. I have had pretty good luck with my older Canon i9900. Had it for many years and never one clog even when it sits for weeks. |

I have and love my Canon Pro9000 printer. Does beautiful 13x19 and smaller, and takes many types of printing materials.

Thanks for the advice on this printer. I think this might be the one I will go with since I found a good price on B&H. I have another question for anyone that might have experience with this printer though.
The website states that it can print on "Water Resistant Canvas for Epson, Piezo Pro® Matte Canvas for Epson" and that it has a gloss optimizer cartridge. Has anyone had some good experience with printing on canvas with these printers? How good is a gloss optimizer on this printer? |

| re: gloss optimizer..glossy and luster prints are great, but you will burn through the optimizer. I always keep it in stock. This printer is essentially color only, BW carries a blue cast. |
