This is the first time I voted using full screen. Press f11 in firefox(if you don't already!), and you'll be able to see the whole photo w/o scrolling up or down. It really mad a big difference. |

Welcome to the 90`s
Try pressing ALT-F4 to get the bigger voting buttons.

None of this matters though if your screen resolution isn't high enough. :) Or if you don't have desktop toolbars set to auto hide (blech). :) |

In Firefox f/11 hides the desktop toolbars just fine. All that shows is the actual page you have loaded, no navigation stuff or toolbars or anything. As for screen resolution, if what you're saying is that at a coarse resolution even f/11 may not show the whole image, that's true enough. But on this laptop, f/11 is very useful as it allows me to see the full 720-pixel vertical dimension AND the title AND the voting buttons, wheras regular screen mode lets me see the whole image (barely) but not all the title.

Well see thats the thing. Normally I'm quite tech savvy. It was one of those duh moments. I think the site should even post a little thing telling users to hit f4 during voting. It helps quite a bit on advanced editing challenges. |
