| Does anyone else have the problem where EOS Utility doesn't recognize your camera? It's only been happening since i got my new laptop and have Windows Vista. |

| Are you running Vista 64? Make sure you look for Vista 64 drivers from Canon's site. |

| I don't think so. It's the vista that came with the computer. I looked for drivers and didnt' really see anything on Canon's site. |

There are several disclaimers with the download. Do you have the right version of .NET installed and the proper versions of all the connected software?

Haha...I'm a canon faithful!...at least for now lol.
Thank you collette. I didn't see the update i need on the US Canon site, but it was on the canadian site. Lets hope it works |

My friend has the same camera as you do and he had the same problem you did. I just left him a message, so hopefully he will call me back and tell me what he had to do. I know he said he had to download more than one driver from the Canon website to make it work, problem is I don't know which drivers! |
