I am astonished....

I have been researching one of the great masters of photography Ansel Adams in respect of the current challenge.
Well you can imagine my shock when i encounterd this

This is a masterpiece by the great man himself.

So what is my issue here you ask.....

Well I urge you to look at 102nd place in the challenge shadows.....

Now I'm not a photographic historian but I am amazed that nobody spotted this one.

SC your comments please.

wow great catch, what compels people to do thieve photos? im astounded at peoples integrity (or lack thereof) sometimes

Exactly but to steal from a master is beyond contempt

I guess the comments on the shot are rather ironic, since a few of them say they don't see how the shot is relevant to the challenge...!

SC is on it...

This is already posted to the SC.
Still a good catch

odd that was still there .. thought it was brought up a day or two ago ...
of course the correct thing is to send it in to the SC rather than the forums .....

Ralph I agree I should have sent it to the SC directly, but what is more interesting here are the comments or lack of comments on a photograph, be it relevant or not to the challenge, that was actually taken by a recognized photographic master

That is a legit shot. If he can send in the original and the exif data shows he shot the photo in the challenge time frame, how can you DQ ?

How do you know he did not set this up with a new model and veggies and shoot this?

Hey Kenskid, have a close look... the shot is identical down to the vains and damage on the cabbage....

I know bro...just kidding...however...

The comments on this shot show that Ansel Adams is a lot of hype. If Ansel Adams was so good the comments would have been OUTSTANDING, UNBELIEVABLE, STUPENDOUS...

and it does contain shadows...so it is relevant.

So Ansel Adams only received a 4.6 in a DPChallenge contest !

Again, SC is on it and is already dealing with it (as of yesterday morning).

Also, the *best* way to alert us to things like this is through a ticket by "contact us" under "help."
