I'd say so! Goodness knows for what reason though. I still can't quite work out what it is/meant to be...

Contact lens fell off? A drip from a runny nose? Drool? Weeping sore?

Looks like a water drop to me. Perhaps the photographer is a IreneM fan.

I wonder how the original concept meeting went down...

Client: "Yeah, yeah... I want a close up of luscious lips. Gorgeous, full, glossy, red, luscious lips!"

Photographer: "Sure, can do."

Client: "Oh, and I want a drop of fluid hanging off the bottom lip!"

Photographer: "You want what???"

Maybe the waterdrop was added with Adobe, If so I would still like to find out why?

It could be an invisible pimple? you know like Wonderwomans Jet on the Super Friends.

It was probably a picture used for something else and they needed a close up so they just cropped in tight on her lips. For a shot to show the lipstick in the best light, it would be more face on and you wouldn't have all the highlights washing out the color. Either that or the editor was looking at something else and not the lips. :D

rofl! Too funny :D

I guess we'll never know, unless there's a fashion photog at dpc who may have an idea as to why a client may want that kind of shot? In any event, I'm sure as heck not going to buy glossy red lipstick if that's what'll happen!
