I don't think it is a member of the Duck family, looks more like a Goose, perhaps female Egyptian Goose?
Ignore that, just done another check and I think it is a Ruddy Shelduck! Just testing you :))

the duck actually is in souther italy and it leave in the averno lake, seems difficult that come from egipt. |

We have a pair of Egyptian Geese on the lake at work in UK. They could be escapees? |
