		| | i have an old nikon lens that fits on my camera but it's really crappy and is useless since i have way better lenses. does any one know or have any ideas if i could some how mod it? like some how do something to it to get some kind of cool effect? i dont really care if i break it, just wondering if any one has any cool ideas of how to recycle it. thanks |

		| | Maybe you could reverse mount it somehow for macro use. Just a thought.

yeah you should check that out! i have an old pentacon lens that still does a great job for the reversed mounted macro's.

		| | LOL! I love those videos!
I second the reverse mount idea. It's fun to experiment. So what's the lens?

		| | Put a flash behind it, throw a transparency and/or cut out and/or gel between the flash and the lens, maybe wrap the thing in duck tape to stop the light escaping and project it into the background of your image.
I saw a link somewhere where a guy built one of these and it seemed to work great.
