You probably thought it would be a camera!

Nearly as important as the camera, however.

I know what I'll be doing this weekend. Putting it all together.

I'm afraid to look. But then again, it might be worth the risk, if it includes Godzilla.

Godzilla, no. But there are some flames. There's always flames. :)
01/07/2009 03:11:29 PM · #5
Flames? Is that what the heatpipes on the CPU cooler are for?
01/07/2009 03:22:06 PM · #6
Well my PC came with afterburners. It's a new technology that recycles deleted characters and uses them to fuel the processor. Very green technology since it reduces the amount of deleted characters in our landfills as well as providing a heat source by which to roast marshmallows.

That's good to know. I need recycle all my deleted characters. My hard disk is spinning slower because the weight of all the excess fonts is slowing it down. Slippy said something about defragging it, but I know when I am being fed a line of techno-doublespeak.

Don't listen to Slippy. Unless it's about routers. Slippy knows routers.

I had to look at the rest of the roflmao site while I was there. I'm not sure if I am scarred for life, or inspired.

Have fun with that!

I'm going to rebuild soon. Starting with this thermaltake case. :)

I was looking at that case at Fry's. Lots of ventilation and places to put fans. Probably a good one if you overclock. I really liked the top mounted IO ports. The "wings" on the front seemed kind of useless, but cool looking. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend. I got the Antec Sonata III, for $89 which included the well regarded Earthwatts 500 power supply.

The thermaltake is built for easy upgrade to water. Running on water is the best IMO and i love thermaltakes water accessories. Those wings are magnetic doors and true they're pretty useless. But its one of the best looking case out there. That Antec with that PW supply's a great price. Would be hard to pass up.
