I went to a Store/Gallery that is opening soon in Kaua`i and I showed them my Overlay photos and they are excited to put them on consignment. What is a reasonable price for matted prints, matted and framed prints, how much can I expect the commission to be and other such questions.

1. Print Pricing ideas or formulas
2. Are prints from Costco good enough for this funky store (I did sell a cheaply framed print at the KSA Small Works Show for $75.00 including 25% commission, entry fee, frame and matte).
3. Is there anything I should know before entering into an agreement with the Store/Gallery?
4. Should the prints be mounted and matted or just with mattes?
4. Anything else I'm missing or need to do?

I need some advice here so I hope someone can help me out a bit.

I varies, but on-consignment costs you, and not the store if nothing sells. So the risk is on you.
Generally commissions are 20 to 40% of the sales price. Generally you pick the sales price, but listen to them for some advice as they know their clientele better than you do.
same for what to sell - art shows i'm used to seeing a matted photo in a clear bag. in most stores i see a complete deal, frame and all, on the wall.

Thanks for the reply and your thoughts. I'll check with the store to see what they are really looking for their clientele.

I think we're waiting to see what the store has to say; we have very limited info to work with right now.

Someone once gave me an easy formula: cost x 2 + $50 for a framed print

What you set your price at will depend on the cut the store will take and how much profit you think you need for your business. Pricing will also depend a bit on the clientèle of the shop.

Whether you do mounted and matted or mounted, matted and framed will depend on what the shop thinks will sell.

I was talking to someone at the framing store and she recommended not dry mounted because the value of the print drops due to the backing. I don't know if this is true but that's what I heard and it makes sense to me at this point in time. I will frame up some photos Tuesday and bring em to the store and let you know what happens. Thanks for the comments. I also might be able to do a showing at a busy bakery/pizza place in my neighborhood but there is a waiting list for people to show their work.
