Howdy guys,
I'm trying to order some umbrellas and a hot shot adapter thing from B&H and ship it to New Zealand (where I am now). I'm trying to pay with a Mastercard linked to my HSBC account in the USA, therefore being a US billing address.
I've put all the stuff in my cart, clicked on 'checkout', registered etc, filled out the billing details but it won't let me put in an international address for shipping even though i selected the shipping option for NZ.
Has anyone else had a problem like this and how was it resolved? I cant use Paypal because my confirmed address is in UK so wont help much, but this is very very annoying and looks like a bit of a screwup on B&H's part. I've had stuff shipped before to UK without a hitch but now they're online form has gone all screwy and denying me the option to send my stuff where I need it.

| you can IM them and have a conversation with one of their people and they will help you resolve it. i have issues with them all the time but the conversation via IMing is much easier and effective then a call and usually resolves the situation. try it |

| Call 212.502.6227 at 9:00 AM New York time and talk to one of their friendly sales people. The rules on their web site are in place for a reason. |

| Call them and they will fix you up. I buy camera gear only from BH. |
