At a bargain price of $18,000,000.
Make sure you take a look at the estimated monthly payment next to the price of the home.
I have been to this house with a friend several years back to deliver some items. Then it was rumored the cost of the house was near $30 Million.

Note the price of this house mansion and can anyone guess why the price is so low for a 174 yr old Mansion that has been completely restored?
Less than $375,000

Look this up on google:
"house of a thousand cadavers"
and you will find the answer. BTW several people have moved in (and out) since the house has been remodeled, but NO one will stay! Over a $1,000,000 remodel and selling it for that price. Makes me wonder if the stories are true. |

Hey, that IS cheap! This one near us is only a fraction of the size, and is $19.6 mill USD (then again, it does have 60+ acres of oceanfront land...)
What I wanted for Christmas....and didn't get...... :(
That old one's gorgeous. I wonder what's wrong with it at that price? (maybe that it's in Columbus? :) )
eta; ahh, there's my answer. Hey, I'll give it a try if they give me the house :D

| These two pictures will show you how much renovation they did to the house. Like I said, they did about million dollars in renovations (reconstruction) of the house and now selling it for under $375,000. The renovation was completed about 5 to 10 years ago. |
