Before I actually spend the money, can anyone tell me what the requirements are for installing the Upgrade version of Photoshop CS? e.g. will it install over a previous edition of Photoshop that was an LE version? Educational Edition? or only the native ( full ) version?

You need to own a previous version of Photoshop (i.e. Photoshop V7, V6 or etc).

The LE versions will not work.
