Okay so my husband got irate with me a few min ago cause 2 hours ago i said I was coming to bed.. and here i still sit on the DPC site not doing anything.. just reading and refreshing, reading and refreshing.. does anyone else do this or do i need to check into a "addiction group"
all the time spend reading the forums on here you'd think I'd improve on my photography.....

Yeah I do it all the time. Especially now I have this wonderful laptop. Commercial break? REFRESH! But then, I don't have a husband, or a wife either for that matter...

lol.. yeah thats my problem too, the laptop.. lounge out in the jammies on the couch snuggled with hot chocolate and a blanket, i wouldn't have it any other way..now if i actuallyed used the desk i bought, there would be no way i culd sit as long as I do in front of the computer.
I swear i spend more time with the laptop than anything else.. I have a 1 1/2 year old notebook that the mousepad has a worn spot from using it so much.. now that's bad!

I got banned from bringing mine to bed.. I got busted under the sheets playing on myspace.. hehe i was under the sheets to block the light, I should have got credit for that at least right?

I didn't decide to re-edit my FS entry with two hours to go before the deadline, to come up with four versions whose subtle differences are most likely only noticed by me and will have no bearing on my score, I have definitely not been updating and have really not looked through all the Master's FS entries twice and gone through one round of voting as well as uploaded an original for validation, I haven't looked through some images from the Library of Congress linked in a thread here, realized biteme is now hanneke, and checked out all the scores that are higher than mine in the Master's challenge score thread, signed up for the FSM 2009 and saw SDW's new FSM site.

I know nothing of the addiction you speak. :P

Me addicted? Nahhh ... I was staying up late to catch my son cheating on curfew tonight (mother's intuition and it was right). After bending his ear in the wrong direction I thought I'd take a break and check in .. addicted .. nahhhh ;)

Don't have a laptop, but me web enabled mobile phone is just as effective at delivering me DPC whenever and wherever I get the urge to hit update, or check the latest on the forums.

Yeah, I get just enough high scores to keep me coming back. I thought I was sitting out for a while, but I got inspired and will have 4 in voting this week.

It's like crack, isn't it?

I get in trouble on a fairly regular basis from my wife for being on DPC too much.

I pretty much have to suffer withdrawal every time my husband comes back into town. [update] Sometimes he misreads my fidgitiness and my mind in the gutter as having someone on the side while he's gone. After being DQ'd twice in a row (ouch) for what I considered to be a fairly innocent mistake (not saving original jpeg) I vowed to quit DPC. I just renewed my membership. So much good stuff here, no wonder it's addicting!
