| Photoshop is telling me files cant be saved on a copy writed disk, I usually save photos to the memory card with no problem |

format your card. mine told me that once, all I did was empty what was on it and saved to a file then formated and it allowed me to save what i wanted on the Card.
I have a "junk" card as i call it, that I take to the local print place to print little stuff here and there. |

Yes, save the photos to your hard drive. Formatting the card deletes everything on it. |

| YES when you format it will erase anything you didn't take off |
