Its been a real slow month for me so far. Finally got to get out tonight and shoot a hockey game for the paper. I shoot about 3 hockey games a year and each time I shoot them I remember just why I dont like them. :D If you ever want to test your equipment, hit a local hockey ~~dungeon~~ rink and shoot a hockey game. Between the cold slowing down your AF, great lighting(ha ha) and glass that you cant shoot through you will learn to love it.......not!

I have not tried to sign up, as a member of Canon Professional services I'm not sure I can enter a contest that says its for amatuers even though I am one.

I know this isn't a good sports shot. I went to see the crew race, but the action was too far away for my 70-200 lens. I only posted this because it was amazing to see the boats next to the ship in the port. This is where the USC boat house is.

Well I want to thank everyone for their participation this month. Its been a very slow month for me sports wise. Of course as my usual timing has it, I go full force sports this week as the month is over. I hope everyone has enjoyed the challenge, and hopefully we can repeat it again when sports are a bit more active for all of us. I blame myself for picking a bad month.
