I think we all know that the economy is not where we would like it to be. I viewed a video online today where the AP Personal Finance Editor spoke of a few sites that could help consumers during these times. I wanted to post them in hopes that someone may benefit from some of the sites.
sundaysaver.com
fatwallet.com/
dealalerter.com/
And you can go here to find go deal sites
consumerworld.org/
If you know of anymore sites that may help our community save money during the economic downturn please feel free to post.
NOTE: This is not advertising, instead an informational thread to try to help the community find good deals.

Also if your one of those people that has to have a credit card and are suffering from high rates. Amazon.com offers a low rate (8% for me) credit card through Chase Bank. I originally got it for school but after I saw all of my savings, I got rid of my Capital One that I had for 12 yrs, and Amazon is the only one I use.
The cool thing besides a low rate is that they also offer a reward program so whenever you use the card you get reward points. After 2500 points you get a $25.00 gift card to amazon. So since I use the card for only online purchases and my college needs, every so often I use those $25 gift certificates to purchase my books.
The point earnings: One point for every dollar you spend at any store. Three points for every dollar you spend at amazon. The amazon purchases rack up. Especially if you're buying that camera equipment! |
