Since I can't pull up youtube at work I can't give the specific link but if you search for "flower girl gets down" (something like that) it is a video taken at a wedding I recently photographed...(that's me in the khakis knelt down on the far side)

We were on our way out and someone said "aww the photographers are leaving", I asked if they needed something and they said "Gracie's (a cousin of my wife) about to do her dance". So we stayed. She is only like 4 yrs old and danced the entire dance lol. Her dad is still trying to figure out where she learned it.

Sorry it is from the back (I shot a little with my cell phone but not much) but it's still funny. I'll have to post some of photos I got, she was so funny.

Julia Nunes "Maybe I will" Stop Motion Video

The above link takes you to a college kid that is also a singer. Her roommate is a photographer and they got together and did a stop motion video to one of her songs.

Impressive. Some great acts. I think they're broadcasting the recorded version at the moment from earlier today. (I'm amazed at the quality of the streaming video!)

What they don't tell you is he ran over the scooter with the mustang which trashed the drive train on the mustang, and someone t-boned the charger while he was on his trip where his plane crashed.

I stayed up too late watching last night. I thought some of the acts were great, while other lost a lot in being live and not edited.

Anyone notice YouTube is now defaulting to widescreen (16:9) format?

Best movie line ever.

Yes...many of the new cameras...including my d90 record in that format.

I'm not sure I can say what specifically about this video tickles me so much, but I think this may well be one of the funniest things I've ever seen...

I'd love to hear if anyone knows if this was a real interview or a spoof -- either way, it's absolutely side-splitting (for me at least)... Hope you enjoy:

For me, I totally believe(d) it's real up to 1:33... At that point, I really started to wonder if this guy is that totally out to lunch or what. The more I watch it, the more I think it's probably a skit from a comedy show or something, but real or not, it just cracks me up every time I watch it...

Ok, who can link me to a clip I was alerted about where a meterologist is asked by her co-anchor "where was the eight inches you promised me last night"? I can't track it down.

Yes! That was exactly it. I was rolling with laughter when I watched it! Sometimes it's tricky being a newscaster...

As far as I know, it's an urban legend. I heard about this years ago, and tried to find a video of it myself. Some posts I've seen online say the story has been circulating for 25+ years, but there is no actual recording to be found. The names and syntax change a little, but the "punch line" is the same... I don't think it's ever really been said on-air.

There was an actual clip I did see of a stuffy british weather guy talking about getting "a good eight inches in his garden last night".
