ARGH! I may be the only one on the planet that did this ... but it no longer works in CS4.

To stroke a border in CS3, I would:
1) Select>All
2) Select>Modify>Contract ... say 5 pixels
3) Edit>Stroke ... to stroke a hairline border inside the frame boundaries.

In CS4, the Select>Modify>Contract is unavailable after the Select>All.

I called Adobe. They said, literally, "It's a feature! It was accidentally introduced in CS3. And we took it out in CS4 so CS4 would be compatible with CS2 and prior. Sorry, we are aware of no workaround. Don't expect us to fix it."

Given all the stuff Adobe added, this is a nit, really, but I'll miss it.

It's doubly annoying ... they have a bug (in my opinion) in the program and there's a bug in their attitude ("It's a feature ... Don't expect us to fix it.")

So am I the only one on the planet who will miss this?

Does anyone know a workaround?
