Oddly enough, I'm getting plenty of 3's and plenty of 7's. It's actually a little flattering because I know why the fickle stock photographers would vote it a 3, and yet some people (hopefully) are seeing what I liked about it.
No comments though, so I guess I just get to assume... |

I didn't enter this challenge but, I have finished scoring and have done SOME comments. Will go back and make more when I get a bit more time.
Just wanted to let you all know that you've done a fabulous job of capturing the essence of poverty! There were a number of them in there that really brought out emotion in me and as far as I'm concerned, THOSE are the ones that deserve a higher score in my books! Well done!!!!

Down in the swamp again, the comment lead towards not believing the title, so why don't we have a title challenge and leave out the photography.

And, I agree with you that the 1's are so moronic! 1's are either total DNMC's or a blank/coloured box. No one who fits challenge criteria should be at a 1!

Just myself to blame for this score, the composition is way off though was suprised that my sole comment suggests it was a set up shot - if I'd set the shot up I'd have nailed the comp ;)

Somewhat disappointed - dare I say it...As for as some of the images I've voted on, I am disappointed that so many seem to be riding on their lengthy titles to tell the story of what the image is meant to be of.... and in some instances I wouldn't have known the subject was all that impoverished except for the extravagant title (er... story). Hoping too that voters are not conned by pictures of otherwise healthy, nourished models with token make-up.
