Just when I was thinking of moving my 70-200 and buying a 70-200 IS, there is a rebate. But not one on the 135 F2 I want to buy. B&H doesnt list them yet, but the US version of the 70-200 IS is cheaper then the Grey version right now. So I'm not sure if its included or not.

Don't count your chickens on the instant rebates. I watched pricegrabber on the last round and only about half the rebate was reflected in final pricing. In other words If the item sold for $1,000 pre rebate and was offered with a $100 rebate, the pricing would go up to $1,050 and you would get $100 off for a final cost of $950.
Thats just the free market at work, but the merchants end up with a large share of the pie. |

Most companies are reflecting the rebate in the price without showing that the rebate is included. B&H was selling the Canon 24-70 2.8 L for $1190 on Saturday and $1110 on Sunday. I called Abe's of Maine asking about the rebate and they said it was reflected in their price as well. Mine will be shipped on Thursday.
