This is from several weeks ago, but I just ran across it today.
Being from the U.S., I'd never heard of Clarke and Dawe before.
They are truly hilarious.

The 7:30 Report from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

The video links are on the right side of the landing page.

These are two VERY funny men - not sure how it translates culturally - but in Australia they ROCK!

A bad week with President Bush is still better than a good week will be under President Obama.

A bad week for the neo-cons is a good week for humanity.

Especially when it doesn't even make any sense -- a "good week" under President Obama would mean fewer foreclosures, more people working, the stock market in recovery, more hybrid and electric vehicles ... you honestly think that's "worse" than a few days ago, when for the first time since 1929 we faced the prospect of broke and broken brokers diving from Wall Street highrises?

Bush leaving office with the country $5 TRILLION dollars further in debt than when he took over, and the the ground has been laid for another two trillion to be added before the damage can be reined-in -- thanks for the memories. Love those small-government, fiscal "conservatives" ...

In other news, in case everyone thought all financial news is bad, a new building housing a bank was dedicated in the capitol city of my state, NC. Along with other celebrations, there had been plans for base jumpers to plunge off the new tower..... but with the news from Wall Street, the bankers decided this might not be a good idea. ;P

But after replying I realized we should determine what was a bad week with President Bush. After long and agonizing thought on the subject I decided for myself, it would be any week he was president.

Oh, almost forgot in all the partisan BS the OP's link.

The best thing I've looked at since the "Who's on first" skit. Absolutely wonderful.

I honestly think you people give the president way to much credit... Obama (or McCain) can't accomplish 90% of what they promise and Bush isn't guilty of anywhere near what people blame him for.

I would hate to be president. You may be the "leader" but effectively have no power without congress.

So if you don't like the direction the country is going in ... vote the congress out. Your vote will count for so much more than whoever you put in at the top.

(Me, I'm anti-McCain / anti-Obama - wish we had another choice - but again don't think it's really gonna make much difference either way)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAH!

That's funny!

Very funny.

sorry, but Mr. Obama is going to INCREASE unemployment with his tax hikes. History has proven time and again that increasing taxes results in higher unemployment and fails to stimulate the economy.

Don't forget, which you seem to have, that Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae was under the eyes of the democrats and their corruption. The Pelosi/Reid comedy team has been in charge the past two years.
