really would like the good and the bad on this image for my learning.

i'd crop off some of the right side. or if possible crop it verticly without losing too much of the shoulders.
too centered as i see it, and that makes it lose some of the intrigue with the way the eyes are looking out of frame.

The post processing makes it look like a touch of LUCISARTS filter and may turn some ppl off, although I like it a LOT used with this weight, but I agree that you should get rid of as much dead space on the right to bring her into the "rule of thirds" which is NOT the be all and end all but I think would work wonders for this image.

I think that you might also look seriously into making the ratio 1:1.25 or 1:1 (square) to fit into standard height/width ratios ...
Just my opinion ...
