Hi all, just wondering, what software could I use to record a podcast? Either just audio, or audio and video. I use a Macbook that comes with podcast capture, but the program asks me for a server address which I don't have.

Thanks!

You can record it to MP3 and just save it as an audio file on your hard disk, but to make it available to others, you have to have a host that supports RSS feeds. Start here for a little more info.

GarageBand lets you create a video/audio podcast project. It also applies vocal effects to the track to improve the sound quality.

Good point about Garageband. Here's a good tutorial from Apple.
