My picture was disqualified and I need you to tell me your opinion...The DPC Admin. team says that I have used vignette, but I just have added a border whit gaussian blur... Take a look:

If the gaussian blur wasn't applied to the entire image then it is indeed grounds for DQ no matter what the intent.
