| I'm new with this...I have a vivicam 10 and had intended to list items on Ebay, but my pics are all in PSF format and cannot be accepted this way... I cannot find anywhere in my program to change this...Was wondering if anyone knew how to change it to jpg or something useable? |

Sounds like you're using Arcsoft Photosuite? you might try file/save as, and select "jpg".
If this doesn't work, search the application's help file for "file formats"

If it's the Arcsoft product then there IS a choice for JPEG in the "Save-As" dialog box. there's a slider for quality underneath the format pop-up box -- default value is 90%, so check it if you want either higher quality or smaller files. |
