Well, my Free Study entry this month bombed out, and I got zero comments, so I really don't know why people didn't like it. Please give me some comments and feedback... My own comments are on the image.
Looking forward to some critiques...

Thanks. The marks on the road are shadows of trees. My own shadow was there in between the tree shadows, but I did clone that out. I considered cropping the road, but I thought the chevrons added to the composition. Perhaps not. :(

My comment aboud the shadows on the road is what I was commenting about with reference to shadows. Also, the road that is not in shadows looks a bit strange as if it were burned too much making the image appear 'muddy' for lack of a better word.
