Anybody out there expert in creating Flash animations?
We're having a problem with our home page as follows:
1) Go to //www.epa.gov and click any of the links in the photo animation at the top. They should work.
2) Go to //epa.gov and try it, and they don't (at least, not when we and many other people try it). If they do work, please send me a PM and tell me the operating system and browser.
We're at a loss as to why it works for one URL and not the other, when all other pages behave normally regardless of whether there's "www" in front.
We've tried searching the Web, but found zip.

Dang. Nobody? I figured someone here would know Flash. Oh, well, back to the drawing board ...
