Cool idea, but seems (for the time being) like an amusing thing for techies and the gadget-obsessed with disposable income. If you like that, you'll love this

There's another one out there that can update too, like the USC one, that's comprised of essentially pieces of glass sandwiched together. Interestingly, it too uses the DLP and can essentially be built using off the shelf consumer products (like the USC one (though they don't allude to that in the article)).
Make sure to watch the videos though.
