Okay, this is one of my favorites from a senior session I did Sat. that I'm almost done with. However, this photo is stumping me. I like it, but don't love it. It just feels off and flat. Please help with anything you have to offer as far as advice. I only have Lightroom and PS2 for my use.

It does need help.
Contrast adjust and vignette seemed to do the trick.

I think if you do what Brad mentioned you will be a bit more pleased with it. The foot being cut off is a slight problem for me. I would probably clone out that graffiti on the right side and bring up the contrast and maybe a bit more saturation overall.

Also there is a giant (C) in the middle which pulls my eye away from the photo. <--- just being a dork.
