i'm willing to go pretty much anywhere, its shameful the way i dont know many outlying areas of seattle considering i have lived my whole life in federal way

Happy to see so many people coming to this event, can't wait until I meet all of you!! I am sure my wife and I will enjoy our stay in Seattle and surrounding areas (as long as the rain holds out!). So far my trip to the northwest has been nothing but ARMY training so I haven't ventured much farther than the base will allow, so I suspect we will do some travelling during the visit. We really appreciate all the sugestions and support we have received from all of you here at DPC and if you ever find yourself in the Indiana area (or Iraq!!) we'll gladly return the favor!

Kerry Park is where Frank (

Frank will be riding down there with me if he's still up to it (he's doing well, but keep him in your thoughts & prayers).

I'm up for anywhere as well - Kerry Park might be a good last stop at sunset. It would be good to have a tour map of sorts planned beforehand.

but if anyone wants to volunteer to put together some kind of map.. that would be marvelous!!

I gotta say I have not been this bummed in quite a while, i did not get to Westlake until 2:15 but i figured that a group of people who had never met before would not see each other right at 2 and leave by 2:15. I stood in the middle of the food court for an hour. I am sorely disappointed I missed you all. On the bright side I forgot how much I enjoy walking around downtown seattle by myself and taking shots....

Actually I cannot make it as I will be in the process of getting my kids from Spokane....DAMN! Art I was really looking forward to wandering drunk until we ended up in a jail cell in China, as men who no longer knew where they were, and DID care, but drank.....

Sigh. Jason, I really am sorry that happened! What a bummer! Too bad you can't somehow photograph that for the bummer challenge.
