 Manic told you. Since there is an existing thread on the 5D 2.0 he feels another need not be started and the discussion can continue in that one.

I personally support the banning of thread locking, except in instances when the OP's life is in danger. I also support a constitutional amendment banning thread locking in schools. And only over my dead body will we have any off shore thread locking. And if I catch anyone in my administration thread locking they will be fired!
