Well, actually 152, but 2 are still in voting. Here they are, 50 to a collage. Has anyone else made collages for their challenge entries? I'd love to see them. These collages were made with FotoFusion, a great program.
1st 50:
2nd 50:
3rd 50:

This is a great idea. It really shows the progression of your photography.
Nice work. |

Once, a couple of years ago, I tried doing a collage with a photo-a-day project. Had a hard time with system resources on my PC trying to work with a template large enough and numerous layers, etc...
I'll have to take a look at FotoFusion that you've mentioned. It is a great idea and you've done a very nice job with it.
What dimensions are your final project (for print) on this? |

I only did this for the web, not to print.

I rarely print any of my photos. I guess I look at them so often on the computer I don't really want to be looking at them all day on my walls. LOL

He-he. Ok.
BTW - What version of FotoFusion are you using? There's 3...FotoFusion: Product Comparison
I'd guess 'Enhanced'? |

really cool idea ... I think I'm somewhere in the 60-70 range ... maybe when I hit 100 I'll try this ... did you happen to do a score comparison to show your progression also? Like the average of 1-50, 51-100 and 101-150? |

No but that would be a cool idea. It's just that it seems like it would take a lot of work.....write down all the scores, etc. I have only ever used Excel once so I don't think I would be able to do it that way.
In any case, I don't think my scores have progressed all that much. My first entry scored 6.0458 and my latest entry scored 6.0991. In between I've had a low of 5.10 and a high of 7.2145 with everything in between. I won my first ribbon (blue) on my 5th entry. I think if there were a graph of my scores it would be up, down, up, down, not a steady incline.

Wow. Those are really nice!
I haven't entered many challenges, and a good deal of what I entered early is absolute rubbish... I'll have to wait a bit. Yours are excellent though. |

What's very cool is I recognize a lot of those as shots I liked when voting challenges - to be able to recall specific shots here (when we see so many!) is a good sign that you have a lot of talent and put it to very good use! You really do have some marvelous work - excellent way to show it off, too. |

You shouldn't have posted this :-( Now I looked my own results: 1-50: 5.277 51-100: 5.40993 101-150: 5.300354 151-200: 5.198462. But I'll keep trying.
Btw. Karen, you made some very nice posters of your entries.

Wonderful idea Karen. I'm going to have to wait to try this but will definitely try it out when I have enough challenges to do so.

This may mean your work is more what you would like it to be rather than what DPC prescribes. hmm |

Excellent Karen! you really should print these for your own wall if not for someone else's! A great record of a greater achievement ;) |

Photoshop does decent contact sheets under the File> Automate menu. |
