The vote scrubber stole what few threads of a goal I had clung to all week...
Since the start of voting in the Abstract B&W challenge I had resigned my self to getting a new personal worst score. My entry...
...was not intended to be a contender for the brown ribbon but it sure headed that way fast. It was always lower then my previous lowest score and from the scores thread I thought maybe I could get a brown ribbon without trying and thus knock of that unwritten goal but...
...the scrubber stole 22 votes and gave me an extra 0.1930 to my score. On top of that 4 entries scored lower. I can't even fail properly ;)

Yea, it seems to happen that way. Even failing around here takes some skill. My one intentional brown effort was pretty sad:
But, it was beat out by a black square from Charliebaker
Gave it another fave, though, for a noble effort.
