Nice work, Michael. While its a bit long for my taste, that's just me. One thing though, you need to be very cautious about using copyright protected music.... that can get expensive fast if you get busted. Try stock20.com for a good variety of legal music choices. Use my referral link to get your first song for free!! :D

Also in reference to music.. You should choose music that appeals to ALL crowds. The song you have chosen here is a fun, and rockin song that fits the images well. BUT.. I think if you showed this to the older crowd.. they would be like what the hell.. and probobly switch it off within 10 seconds =)
I know you can't always please all the crowds.. that's the hard part. But that particular song you chose.. In my opinion.. if you asked 100 random people to view the video.. 70 would probobly turn it off because of the music. |

Thank you. I have to do a baby video today, so that will come in handy! :)
Some of my favorite music at Stock20 are the ones you find if you search Senior music.... mostly upbeat, fun and with a very appealing sound that makes you bop along.

no argument there, and I'm working on one now for my wedding stuff that is very much different. The thing is of course I'm not marketing my modeling stuff to older people, if some 40 or 50 some switches that one off... oh well... on a portrait or wedding one my choice would be very much different |

Not sure this modeling thing is aimed at the 'older crowd'. And not everyone likes every image or type of photography etc.
Shoot what you love and the clients (that love what you shoot) will find you. Same for what you choose as music to accompany your images - it's all part of the artistic package/vision of the artist.

Thanks all for the music Advice
Intelli I do take your point about broad apeal in music, and when I find some that appeals to everyone I'll likely use the song to death...lol
Any thoughts from anyone on the content? what you liked or didn't? what you would have done had you made it? |

True, however, if you want to appeal to a wider audience, keep the music fairly neutral though still in line with the images.
