I've gotten the impression from some people on here they believe Joseph (Joey) Spina is a joke. C'mon the guys on YouTube and is (according to his YouTube profile) "Director of Photography for National Geographic Magazine of Western Coast."
What do you think and why?
Is he the evil half spawn of Ken Rockwell? Is he on his way to court for all of his pointless claims? Is he just an evil self promoting genius? Or did he just surf all the internet porn a twenty year old can handle and have nothing better to do in his parents basement?

| I'd have to say that the expose site was quite entertaining to read. As for the comparisons to Ken Rockwell? Not a chance. Ken Rockwell might be opinionated and somewhat arrogant but there's a actual experience and knowledge backing his opinions. Spina's claims in regards to his credentials are outrageous to say the least. Like I said though, its fun to read the expose. :) |

I had a quick look at Mr. Spina's youtube channel. I had to laugh when he said the D80 is discontinued yet um Nikon still has it listed...

I imagine the D80 WILL be discontinued but not for a few months yet.
