Hello All :o)

With just a week and a half to go till 'op day' I have decided I'm going to get myself a portable DVD player to help me get through the week I am stuck in hospital and for the 6 weeks after when getting around is going to be a nightmare...that way I can watch DVD's without having to leave my room! I may also use it on long journeys in the car (when Andi's conversation isnt up to much) ;o) My budgets top limit is £150 or $300...but ideally I would like to spend less than that :o)

So, seeing as you guys know a lot about 'cool stuff', I thought I'd ask your opinions on which portable DVD player would be the best one for me to get?

Not much help, but what about a cheap laptop? It would give you the option to play some games, too.
