Is this so, that when you replay in forum, it will be in "my home" site?
Why, when i replayd in thread about Istanbul, it did not appear on first page?

Because it is in the "Rant" forum, which you have to specifically enable in your Preferences to see listed on the front page. (It is a per-user setting, since a lot of people don't want to see the front page "cluttered" with the sometimes inflammatory, off-topic stuff posted in "Rant".)
