Is this too good to be true?
cs3
I currently have Photoshop Elements 2.0 and I'm looking to upgrade. Debating between PE 6.0 or CS 3.0 (Yeah....I know) |

If it sounds to good to be true.....well you know the rest. Honestly, I was an Elements user and bought CS3. I play with stuff once in awhile in CS3 but for the most part I still only use the parts of it you can get in Elements. IMO the average person taking photos doesn't need CS3 or Lightroom or any of that high-end stuff. Also, Elements has come a long way since 2.0

I feel a bit the same as nstig8tr. I recently bought CS3, but honestly speaking aside from one or two things (curves mainly), I can't really justify the upgrade from Elements. |

$233 for the full version? Kinda makes me wonder if you'd ever get it.

| Seacrh the address and you get "X O City" at that address. Could be old listing though. |

I find it interesting how they claim to be around since 2005 and not a single rating on resellerratings.com.

You can actually get plugins for elements that do curves and selective colors... |

I would bet good money that its BS and anyone that buys it with either never get anything shipped to them or they will get a cd with a crappy injet printed label on it with a bogus serial number...
On Adobe's online store even the educational version is $299us

| hmm, all their other software on the site is normal prices. The CS3 Extended version is $769, and LR is $299. Wondering why they have CS3 that price just for today. |

I'm going to pull a dwterry and pimp Lightroom. If you're just needing to edit photos and not do high end manipulations or graphic work you don't need Photoshop. If you get Lightroom you won't regret it.
