wow guys you are doing well, just got in from england and pretty darn tired, i see that purple and doors are our thing this week.

Has anybody looked at the scorers for week five?
Call me a newbie. What are the rules for none participants. Our average include the 0 where as Iceland and other did not include therese in the avg.? Is there an allowans for a certain number of 0 ?

Rules are that each team participates with 5 entries.
We only had 3 entries, so remaining 2 entries are with a zero score.
Island had more than 5 entries, so the top 5 are taken to calculate their team score.
The non-entries are not in the team claculation.
Hope this helped.
I'm at 102 votes and 5.49 (up from 4.9) :(

Wow - if this keeps up, it will be my second best photo. The voting is really quick on these challenges. Hit the 100 vote mark in less than 24 hours after rollover.

OK, gang, I'm in for Door, with the one picked by the majority. Were it just me on my own, I'd have picked a different one, but I don't figure the one I'd have picked would score all that well. (It's the one you liked best,  Dahkota.) So here's hoping for a miraculous 5.3!!! :-) |

You mean I can maybe dream of a 5.5?? Woo hoo! But I won't get too excited. And won't be keeping my fingers crossed either, since with the arthritis these days, that just plain hurts. Still, very much appreciate the feedback, and there are some really cool shots going in for Germany this time! |

Woody finished at 5.6X - with one fav, that made the bottom 39% or 83/130 spot.. High scoring challenge I guess.

lol, you know what, it is funny really.
We all thought we had really brilliant entrys. What I want to know is, what happened between Photoshop and uploading them on to DPC? They seem to lose their grip on reality. It's either that, or I am losing my grip! |

I guess it is there. I have 44 votes and a solid 6.0 with two comments right now. ( I picked the first one from the set that I send later in the evening on Monday)

| looking back at some of the abstracts, the only thing that you need to do is make it abstract but something that people will know what it is. Funny ole world! |
