They did both: their own iWork suite for people who 'Think Different' and Microsoft Office for those who don't get it. Microsoft Office was released first on the Macintosh platform, NOT Windows, and it's the de facto standard business suite, so why wouldn't it exist on Macs? |
Still a microsoft product + Mac, it is like a person in an Armani suit spending his time to eat a junky 'big mac'...
Agree with Open Office, it works well on Linux, but not 100% compatible between PC microsoft office documents. |

NeoOffice is a port of Open Office to OSX (no need for X11) |

true, and it is absolutely pure crap...(no offense taken)
In response to the previous post..
The person in an Armany can be anyone, but if you wish it can be Mac, I will not blame you for that. lol!
PS: Time to stop playing with my buggy Windows machine and to read Earth Abides, excellent book by the way
