I'll watch the video this evening at home. Interesting. Slight differences in cheekbones seem to make a huge difference. They also upturned the lips from a slight frown to a slight smile. I think that has a large effect as well. |

For face sculpting yeah that's handy but I don't use it's skin smoothing software.
I found a plugin recently called "portraiture" it's from a company called imagenomic. Anyways it handles skin smoothing amazingly by creating an auto mask using skin tones it see's in the photo. Anyways if you duplicate the background image in a new layer, clone out large imperfections, run the portraiture filter on medium, and finally reduce the opacity to taste.... It's excellent! It looks like mineral makeup instead of that odd plastic look. It can do that look but I prefer not to. |

Seems pretty easy to use. However, I don't think it has much to do with the research linked to in the original post. The OP is about automatically adjusting facial features (and only that), while the software is mostly about airbrushing, spot removal, tooth whitening, etc. |
