I do like having an image on the card. It gives me some idea of the skill of the photographer. Even it I don't care for the image, if it's technically good, I can appreciate it, and others will too. So I like the first one best.

Crayon made a good point though, and you may want to consider using Moo Print, it lets you put a different image on each card (very affordable too). It's like a mini portfolio almost.

But I do like your current design, so I'm not saying that it needs to be changed at all. ; )

I like both.

I like the image - and as has been mentioned: good printing is a must so be very critical of the cards you get back (I returned a 500-pack once because of a printing problem).

The one thing I'd like to see is better kerning (space between characters) but that's not a huge deal.

It looks like that Moo print would allow you to use either design and then print a full image on the back which might be cool.
