I wish to know is there any way out of using Vivater 285HV alonng with radio trigger for canon 400D at higher shutter speed than 1/200 sec ?

Canon's flashes have the ability to shoot faster than sync speed. It works by keeping the flash on longer so that the flash output duration is equivalent to the time it takes to move the shutter all the way across the sensor.

I don't know that you can do that with anything other than Canon's own flash...

Not with a radio trigger - you need eTTL to do the HSS (multi pulse really). Even if you had PocketWizards it would not work as it's limited to the shutter speed in the camera body. You might be able to get a stop or so over without the black bar becoming too much of the image (arrange the black bar in the brightest or darkest side of the image but it's going to be there.
