You so want to pick a fight ....don't you?? All I can say ....is only in the NT! You may not realise that the NT is a territory...just like the ACT where the father's of our nation operate from.

There's not a lot I can say about the article that you found other than.....the NT is usually a fun place to live...(no pun intended), and if this had of occurred last year, then he would not have been breaking the speed limit, as until recently there was no speed limit in the Territory!

...and yeah! the fishing is good there too!
