Is it legal to adjust "skew" or "perspective" in basic editing? I want to move my photo in a different angle then crop. Wasn't sure if this was legal or not...so asking first before I edit.

Sorry, no, that's not legal in Basic, and should only be used "correctively" in Advanced, not to "create a new effect."

Would it be legal then to rotate at say 30 degrees instead of 90 or 180? I can get the same effect doing something like that.

You may: crop, rotate and resize your entry.
