| no, the electricity isn't on. and trust me, no one that lives in southington finds it very "cool" that he lived there. the building is now such an eyesore an most everyone wants it to be demolished. |

It looked to me like the jets for the pool were going in the photos. Maybe that's just the edges of the algae. |
I thought jets at first also, but it appears to be the edge(s) of the ice that's formed on top. |
