me personally, I would change the "recent shoots" to "galleries"

but it looks great!

I don't think that the gear you use should be listed on the website, let your work show what your gear can do.

No.

the 'recent shoots' page loads really slowly for me. And I have high speed cable...might be something to look into

..also..maybe not display so many photos. 57 in the first gallery alone. Maybe try getting the best 10-15 from each session. That way the person doesn't get bored. Maybe I am just ADHD...I don't know.

the wedding album..really bogged my computer down. It is a brand new computer..just two months old. I think it has to do with the volume of pictures on this album. The rest went slow but not this slow. GREAT PICS>..by the way.

ilike the b/w with the bride in the window the best..followed closely by the SOULFUL picture of the rapper...good pics!

lastly..this is just nitpicking..but labeling the stuff you add to HIGHER PRICED packages as 'FREE' was kind of annoying. I mean..if I pay for it..is it free?

Didn't mean to offend. Just telling you how I would see it has a consumer....

Hi Rob,

I enjoyed your new website and I love the photos of the rappers! You really connected with them.

Your website loaded fast on my connection.

My only suggestion would be on the contact information you may not want to put what looks to be a residential address. If that's your home address, for privacy purposes...you may just want to list your city and/or perhaps list a PO Box and of course your email address. If a very interested client calls, then give out your complete address if necessary.

Just my two cents...otherwise, I enjoyed your site and thanks for sharing it!

You can see the images in his gallery? I don't get it.

OK I see them now too.

Overall nicely done site. I like a lot of the shots in the snowboarding gallery but you'll need to trim it a bit to get the repetitive feeling I got when viewing them. The snowless background ones all look the same after 3 or 4. Maybe cropping a few to get us into the action a little more would help. But if these are up for clients then I understand the reason why they are there.

GL with the business

Just my opinion, but my initial impression is that it's a nice site but it could use a few tweaks:

I would open to your gallery, not your bio.

Your bio page pic, the first big one, loads pretty slow (I'm on FF3, Vista, 6MB connection) - maybe size it smaller?

Your rate page is a little hard on the eyes to read: very big letters, all cap's, little differentiation/separation between packages. It all kind of hits you at once.

I would remove your residential address (makes you look amateurish)

I would remove "Made on a Mac" (your customers don't care)

I'd also remove your age or anything else that relates to that.

From what I've heard, most people who search for photographers are women, so you should appeal more to them (i.e. softer look, maybe some music, etc. - all points I've seen recommended in the past).
