Im not sure if a feature of neat image is legal or not. The feature is the Image viewer adjustment. according to the help file it only effects how the brightness, gamma, and contrast are viewed. It says these adjustments dont affect the image. The adjustments can be applied later which changes the image. What do you all think? Is that an “effects” filter or just basic editing?
